Young Horse Workshop

On Saturday , June 26th ,

We'll be holding a Young Horse workshop for horses from 6 months to 6yrs old.

( We won't be checking ID's, so if you have an Ever Green 10 yr old your welcome to ride.)

It will be hosted by The Triple L Ranch in Jamestown Ca.

These Workshops are designed to cover a large array of things that will help you start laying a solid foundation on your young horse.

The morning will be devoted to ground work , including leading and establishing personal space boundaries.

We'll be working in the round pen , handling the feet and preparing for the farrier . We'll also share some ideas on safe trailer loading & sensory training.

And a few fun surprises along the way !

In the afternoon we'll split up, the horses being ridden will be working on developing nice turns, transitions, stops & understanding the bridle.

The un-started horses will still have lots of projects to work on too.

These workshops are a lot of fun, They're a great chance to get your youngster out and exposed to the world , including the kitchen sink!.

The Triple L Ranch is located at 16206 Hwy 108 just outside of Jamestown heading toward Oakdale.

It's is a wonderful facility with a nice round pen, two large arenas , one is covered so if it's a hot day we can get out of the sun. They also offer boarding and a lot of nice events each week.

This Workshop is from 10am to 4:00pm with a short lunch in there someplace.

Cost is $95 for the day.

These Workshops fill up very fast, you must call or email to hold a spot.
